Return / ExchangeWe offer exchanges and returns on all domestic online orders (minus discounted goods), allowing you to try on different sizes and styles. We are available to help with any sizing and fit questions you may have during your order process. You may reach us quickest by emailing email@example.com.
Should your items not suit you on arrival, please email or call before you ship back for a refund or exchange. All regular priced items are eligible for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order and store credit up to 30 days. Once returns have been received, inspected, and put back on the shelf we will issue a refund less shipping, and a $5 restocking fee.
Sale and discounted items (over 20% off) are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If a previously purchased item goes on sale outside of the 7 day return window it will not be eligible for a price adjustment. Sale prices are subject to change.
Items sold at trunk shows or by other vendors are not eligible for return or exchange through AyAyAy. This policy applies to online orders only.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all AyAyAy garment tags still attached. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Contact us to reserve your replacement item. Once your return is received your replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
